Tom Wilkins
Tom leads the multi-sector public affairs practice at H/Advisors Cicero, with a focus on energy, tech, transport, and infrastructure. Having been at H/Advisors Cicero since 2015, Tom has led client accounts including BASF, Legal & General, LinkedIn, Meat and Livestock Australia, and Next Energy Capital. Tom is a founding member of Havas Genus, an integrated global network of sustainability experts launched in 2022. He provides pro bono counsel to New Horizon Youth Centre, a charity focused on tackling youth homelessness based in King’s Cross.
Prior to joining H/Advisors Cicero, Tom worked in the City where he lobbied for legislative and regulatory developments in international insurance markets with a focus on India and Turkey. Tom has worked for several public affairs consultancies, lobbying successfully on the Energy Act 2011 and on Electricity Market Reform during the Brown Labour Government and the Conservative Coalition Government.
Tom graduated in Philosophy from the University of Southampton and holds an MSc in International Conflict and an LLB (GDL and LPC) from the University of Law (Bloomsbury). He was in the first group of professionals to undertake the inaugural CIPR Public Affairs Diploma in 2009/10.
