Sian Bradshaw
Sian is a Director at H/Advisors Cicero, bringing over six years of experience advising global corporate clients on strategic communications and policy advisory, with a particular focus on technology clients.
She works with global clients on communications, advising on issues spanning strategic messaging, media and regulatory engagement and reputation management. Her technology work includes cloud competition, digital markets and digital services regulation, supporting clients in their engagement with key regulatory bodies across major jurisdictions.
Some of her current clients include Meta’s Oversight Board, where she supports communications on case decisions and recommendations, and Santander’s Trade Barometer, advising on the bank’s flagship research programme on global trade trends. Her work on the Barometer was nominated for a PRCA Public Affairs Award in 2025.
Previously, Sian has worked with the City of London Corporation and clients in the insurance and financial services sectors including Liberty Specialty Markets, the Lloyd’s Market Association (LMA), and The Investing and Saving Alliance (TISA). She also played a key role in the launch of Appeals Centre Europe, Ireland’s first out-of-court dispute resolution body
Sian began her career at a boutique agency in 2020 after reading English at the University of Cambridge. She was responsible for leading day-to-day client management for financial services companies and SMEs, crafting strategic communications plans and overseeing the delivery of media campaigns designed to build brand recognition for SMEs.
