Parisa Namazi

Parisa is Director of Talent at H/Advisors Cicero. Having joined in 2016, she is responsible for providing strategic business partnering HR advice to H/Advisors Cicero’s Executive Committee and provides a supportive role to our employees. She is responsible for all aspects of human resource management at H/Advisors Cicero including internal communications, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, benefits and reward, training and development and talent acquisition.

Parisa is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD qualified) and has a great interest in promoting diversity in the workplace. She was previously appointed as one of 12 on HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter Board, representing SME and professional services signatory firms and sat on the Membership Committee for OUTstanding, LGBT+ network.

Parisa is currently part of the PRweek led Mental Health and Wellbeing Charter committee and is an ambassador for the HAVAS ‘All In’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Charter.

Before H/Advisors Cicero and after completing MSc International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations, Parisa delivered HR talent programmes at international advertising agency J, Walter Thompson.
