Claudia Mulholland

Claudia is a Senior Consultant at H/Advisors Cicero working across public affairs and corporate communications. Since joining the team in July 2021, she has worked with clients to deliver strategic communications and public policy campaigns and has extensive experience in supporting businesses to engage with political and regulatory stakeholders in the UK, Europe and other international markets.

She has particular experience in the health and life sciences sector, and has worked with clients including Ipsen, Boehringer Ingelheim and Viiv to devise global advocacy campaigns designed to influence supranational policy programmes.

Claudia is a member of the H/Advisors Cicero legislative affairs group and provides monitoring and analysis to clients on the passage of Government and Private legislation. She has particular technical expertise in the operation of secondary legislation. Separately, Claudia leads client engagement with the Liberal Democrats.

Claudia joined H/Advisors Cicero from a grassroots advocacy group campaigning in the UK on issues relating to diversity and inclusion. She holds a first-class degree in politics from Durham University and a masters from the school of anthropology at SOAS, University of London.
