Challenge
Against a backdrop where economic productivity and growth have become central themes for UK Government, major corporates and the media, Mitie sought to reinforce its position as a leading provider of strategic consultancy, planning and FM services for blue‑chip organisations and identified a clear opportunity to shape the national conversation and engage senior corporate audiences on the economic value of high‑performing workplaces.
We designed and delivered a proprietary, insight‑led thought leadership campaign that would position the business as an authoritative voice on emerging workplace trends, drive engagement across priority sectors, and support business development teams.
Strategy
We built the campaign around a single proprietary research platform combining a 3,000‑person UK workforce survey, in‑depth interviews with senior leaders, and extensive desk research to anchor Mitie’s narrative in real‑world workplace trends. Insights were aligned to growth sectors and Mitie’s CRM priorities, enabling tailored messaging across audiences. From this, we created a flagship report and a full suite of sales, PR and social assets designed for omnichannel activation, reinforcing Mitie’s authority on workplaces as drivers of productivity and growth.
Our team delivered all content end-to-end, including copywriting, recommendations for businesses and graphic design.
Outcome
The flagship report and supporting materials are now used across Mitie’s sales and new business teams to drive targeted engagement with C‑suite and senior decision‑makers. The wider suite of content provides an ongoing runway for social, PR and marketing activation, strengthening visibility among priority audiences and reinforcing Mitie’s role as a strategic partner in helping organisations meet their growth ambitions.
The campaign framework also gives Mitie a scalable model for future insight‑led thought leadership, ensuring consistent messaging, sector relevance and a sustained pipeline of material for continued client outreach.
