H/Advisors Cicero CEO John Rowland has been placed 5th in the PRWeek Power Book Top 10 most influential figures in UK Public Affairs (agency).

It is a recognition of John’s two decades working for Cicero and in public affairs, and the impact he’s made since being appointed to Chief Executive last year.
